Stephen D. Hale
Stephen D. Hale is a third generation Washington County businessman and life-long resident of Springfield. He fulfilled all the requirements for a Real Estate license in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and passed the licensing exam in 1977. He also obtained his auctioneers license that same year. One year later, he passed the brokers exam, and in 1980, he opened SELL WITH HALE REALTY & AUCTION, LLC. Today, Steve Hale is still very committed to his education and attends continuing education classes yearly.
Also active in community affairs, Steve has served as President of the Chamber of Commerce, Scout Master, Youth Director, coach of T-ball, swim teams, and softball teams, and Sunday School teacher. Married for 34 years to his wife Mary Ann (also a lifelong resident of Springfield), they have six children. Steve is committed to the quality of life in the community and strives each day to make Washington County and Kentucky a better place to live for old and new residents alike. Three of Hale’s Children have joined the SELL WITH HALE REALTY & AUCTION, LLC, and are carrying on the tradition of serving Washington County’s real estate needs!
