Judy Brown
Past President of KREE, Judy Brown was licensed in January 1989, and began attending KREE meetings regularly in 1990. She is knowledgeable and experienced in all facets of commercial and investment property analysis, development and renovation, sales and creative marketing and problem solving, leasing, and financing, as well as 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. She owns her own brokerage, Swan Real Estate.
During her 19+ years in the business, Judy has bought, sold, renovated, developed, leased and brokered nearly every type of commercial and investment property available. She also brokered both residential and commercial mortgages for some years, and therefore has an unusually in-depth knowledge of the financial side of real estate as well. In addition to this broad knowledge of real estate skills, Judy has worked hard over the years to develop her mastery of creative techniques and her ability to “think outside of the box” when solving real estate challenges for her clients, as well as herself.
An active Director on the KREE Board for many years, and a member of KREIA (Kentucky Real Estate Investors Association), Judy was proud and honored to serve as President for KREE 2005 and 2006. She and all her fellow members welcome you to our next meeting of the Kentucky Real Estate Exchangors.
