KREE PRESENTATION FORMAT
The Kree Presentation Format is very important in order to conserve everyone’s valuable time!
Moderator will be at one microphone while the presenter is at the other microphone.
ALL QUESTIONS from the floor are directed at the Moderator.
Overhead maps and/or color prints are recommended for every package presented in order to help those in attendance to visualize the property.
Each person will have a chance to present their listing (package) in the following order:
1. DISTRIBUTE
Copies of package (listing) to be presented on KREE Presentation Form (50 copies required).
2. CHANGES IN PACKAGES
Note any changes or facts you need to add.
3. CLIENT INFORMATION
Discuss the Client. Problem solving is people oriented. There is no BAD Real Estate, just wrong ownership.
4. DEFINE THE PROBLEM
What is the real problem and what does the client think the real problem is? What do you think is the solution to the problem?
5. QUESTIONS
From the group; on the client, on the problem, or on the property. No “would you takes”.
6. SOLUTIONS FROM THE GROUP
Brainstorm for ideas that might solve the problem. Keep your mind open, don’t pre-judge an idea. Many good ideas for solving a client’s problem are destroyed because the Broker thinks for the client. Just listen and consider ideas. We are looking for quantity of ideas, not quality. Creativity is killed by negative ideas.
7. WRITE PRELIMINARY PROPOSALS
Any takers? Write mini-Offers (written Broker to Broker offers) based on ideas you have heard, that you think your client might consider on the property offered. Listing Broker collects offers and takes them back to owner to brainstorm and consider.
